We all love Hollywood big budget productions with emblematic buildings falling down and scared people running and shouting on the streets during a Martian attack (90´s)  a big asteorid (early 2000`s) or an ecological disaster (current movies) .A todos nos encanta ver estas películas de Hollywood con grandes edificios cayendo y la gente gritando ante el ataque marciano, los asteroides o los desastres ecológicos.El último éxito se extrena precisamente hoy: today we can see the latest and probably ultimate in apocalyptic movies:    2012Well, as an Uruguayan , even wen i used to live in the State and love that country as my second one, is not the same impact to me to  see the Statue of Liberty beheaded (as in CLOVERFIELD)  than for someone born in New York of course. So i never had the choice to feel exactly the same.. untill now. Hasta ahora no había podido ver algo parecido y sentirlo en mi propio idioma visual.Los invito a ver el siguiente video, let´s see following video.  If you are Uruguayan you will feel exactly the same as wen the americans see all that monster/martians/asteroids/ecological apocalyptic disaster movies.  If you are an american you will know a little more about our own emblematic buildings: the Palacio Salvo (the most famous building in Montevideo City,and the TALLEST building in all America at the moment it was finished) , the Palacio Legislativo (were parliament discuss laws)  ,the Torre de las Comunicaciones (Communications Tower) , the first intelligent building in Latin America (very Asian look and flavor) and some others….It is a pitty that you will see all that only very few seconds because ALL will be destructed (on the video) under fire from alien´s robot and army. You will see our Air Force too, trying to do something… (with our relative old … relative? Ok , with our VERY old birds ) And of course if to hit an alien ship is a big deal for the modern Stealths ones, imagine how can things goes with our more antique air force. But the hero factor, even with the Uruguay´s  flag is also present on this video.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-dadPWhEhVkA lot of nice marketing experiments and study cases can be done from that video: emotional impact on people wen facing emblematic local symbols destroyed (all our people is IMPRESSED with that video without precedents)  , viral effect after a good and well developed idea (the director guy one is now in the States with a phat paid job, believe me  )I just want to share by now, and congratulate the filmmakers for give us the oportunity to  feel us destroyed, pissed and dominated by martian forces or crazy robots … that privilege was reserved for americans only before this video  LOL , now nobody can be safe in Montevideo. If you see any robot near your house or any strange ship please call the police and remember: yes, the emergency number in Uruguay is 911 same as in the Hollywood movies
